Home Sweet Home.......

This card may look familiar to you..Barbie, one of my Wednesday ladies made one at a workshop and showcased it on a Workshop Wednesday (scroll down to find the post). I originally found one similar to mine on KittieKraft's blog and I changed it to a square Z-fold card. The papers are Dovecraft from a couple of seasons ago. The birdhouse was cut from cardstock first, then paper and the two adhered together for stability. It was then mounted onto a shaped panel with an embossed, ribbon-trimmed mat. The teeny flowers were made with a Papermania red punch. A trio of pearls completes the front of the card.
The inside of the card was decorated with a smaller shaped panel holding the 'Home Sweet Home' sentiment.
Carts used:
Birdhouse- Stretch Your Imagination
Shaped panels- Elegant Edges
Home Sweet Home (individual letters) - Calligraphy
Tomorrow I'm hosting a Swarm, so for the benefit of the ladies who'll be coming, if you've got the following carts it would be very helpful if you could bring them along:
Elegant Edges
Lacy Labels
Ornamental Iron 1 or 2 (or both!)
Paper Lace
All the usual carts will be available to use.
I look forward to catching up with you all tomorrow
Thanks for dropping by today!
