It's my great-niece Chelsea's 4th Birthday on Monday and this is the card that I made for her. I cut out the doiley card, covered the back of the card with pink card & trimmed it by hand. I cut a circle of card slightly smaller than the front of the card and covered it with two different papers, scalloping the edge of the bottom portion with a Fiskars punch. I threaded voile ribbon through the holes and added a bow with a layered flower. I blinged it up with some gems and glitter and added the name using glittered card stock. I punched 2 small and 1 medium heart and added them with foam pads under the name. The inside was decorated with a piece of scenic paper and glittery sentiment.Carts used:
