This card is much more vibrant IRL, the photo doesn't really do it justice! The layout is pretty simple. 3 horizontal panels of different papers matted onto hot pink cardstock. I added a cuttlebugged , ribbon wrapped panel with bow & gem, the circular sentiment mounted onto a scalloped circle and 3 layered flowers. A little bling was added to the sentiment circle to fill a few gaps!Carts used:
