Here is (yet) another doiley card, this time for a schoolmate of my No2 son. I used those lovely image papers again from Dovecraft. I cut out the shopper gal and stuck her onto a piece of white card then cut around her leaving a border. The card was cut at 6 1/4", and the inside front covered in lilac card & trimmed by hand. I cut a circle to fit the front of the card and covered it with 2 designs of paper, then added ribbon and a layered flower. I cut a pink shadow and adhered the patterned circle to it with foam pads. A scalloped oval with white oval and lilac shadow was used as a mount for the shopper gal, again adhered with foam pads. 'KAT' was cut from purple glitter paper and white card, stuck together and then raised on foam pads. 3 purple gems were added to the space beneath the flower. I added '16 today!' cut from purple glitter paper to the inside.Carts used:
